Job Description:
Part Time: Approx. 10-12 hours a week

Reports to: Board of Trustees
Discovery Foundation Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes life-skills workshops for young people aged 8-12 and 14-18. We have offered nearly 20 years of life changing programmes in New Zealand, so if you like to make a difference; this is a challenging opportunity ready for the taking.
The National Manager role is your chance to really move this organisation into the future. You would be responsible for building relationships with funders, clients and volunteers, creating a strong community around the organisation whilst meeting the strategic objectives. In addition, ensuring our enrolment goals are meet whilst overseeing that office processes are carried out effectively by the Administrator.
The ideal National Manager will have a strong background in leadership and be results focused. An understanding of not-for-profit companies would be an advantage, though not a requirement. Ideally you will be a goal orientated person with high professional standards, ready to roll up your sleeves and get down to business.
Maybe you have been a CEO or a GM and are looking for a job with fewer hours or maybe you have some spare time available to lead our organisation to a sustainable future.
